What Are Waterproof Bike Bags?

Waterproof bike bags attach directly to the bicycle, so riders can carry tools, clothing, food and electronics without a heavy load on their back. Bikepacking riders combine several bags around the frame, while commuters often prefer a waterproof cycling backpack. Our bike bags are made from TPU-laminated fabric with high-frequency welded seams, which leaves no stitch holes for rain and road spray to work through.

Which Bike Bags Make Up a Bikepacking Setup?

The saddle bag carries the most. Our waterproof bikepacking saddle bag with roll-top closure holds 10 to 14 litres and attaches to both the seat rails and the seat post for stability. How Are Our Bike Bags Tested?

Bike bags face vibration, abrasion against the frame and constant spray from the wheels. Roll-top bags are tested against heavy rain and water jets, and models rated for immersion go through a full water-immersion test of two hours or more. Straps and buckles are pull-tested, bags are load-tested for more than 1,500 cycles, zippers are cycled 3,000 times, and fabric is checked for abrasion and colour fastness. Small frame and seat bags are rated for rain and spray, and we label them that way.

Can Bike Bags Be Customised?

Yes. We produce bike bags with your logo, Pantone colours, reflective details, custom frame shapes and mounting straps, or develop a new bag for a specific bike. Logos can be welded as TPU patches or printed without piercing the shell. The MOQ is 300 pieces per design. Are waterproof bike bags fully waterproof?

Welded roll-top saddle bags and handlebar bags keep out heavy rain and road spray, and some are rated up to IPX7. Small zippered frame bags and seat bags are built for rain and spray, not for immersion.

What bikepacking bags do I need?

Most setups combine a saddle bag behind the seat, a handlebar bag at the front and a frame or top tube bag in the triangle, which keeps weight close to the bike and off your back.

Will a frame bag fit my bike?

Universal frame and top tube bags use adjustable hook-and-loop straps to fit most road, gravel and mountain bikes. Custom frame bag shapes can be made for specific frame sizes.

Do bikepacking saddle bags sway?

A well-designed saddle bag attaches at both the seat rails and the seat post, which keeps it stable. Packing heavy items close to the seat post also reduces sway.

What is the MOQ for custom bike bags?
